March 12, 2025 at 5:14 pmHi all. Donβt want this on my main account.
So X is a businessman who is also involved in social activities like helping underprivileged. He was approached by a woman Y who was in need of a job. X met Y in the hotel lobby with one of his business associates. Y complained of not feeling well so was moved to a hotel room. At this time, X and Y were briefly in a room for 15 mins. She is now accusing X of r*pe. She filed an FIR with Xβs exact address etc. Now evidence is cctv cameras that show them in the hotel and her complaint. It also shows her exiting hotel room dressed appropriately with a very calm demeanour. We think X was a mole planted by his business partner who he had a tiff with. Background check of Y reveals she is a bar dancer which X had not known. In such circumstances can someone help me with the following questions:1. Will he get a bail? A bail was applied for in a local court. The first day Y didnβt turn up. She came the second day and repeated what she had mentioned in Fir. An appeal has been made at higher level court. Can someone be locked up just on the basis of a complaint? No medical evidence?
2. How will the case progress from here on?My personal opinion was to hire a detective to find who the girl meets, has she done this in the past with someone else etc.
Will that affect the case?
