A club nearby has been playing NONSTOP music for the last 5 hours,this is hardly new but with exams its really affecting everything.

Police has been called a couple times over the last year but the club has a permit to play music,but arent people not allowed to do that past 10 pm?

No operators are receiving calls via the helpline number.Is there ANYTHING I can do.Im desperate and willing.

It feels like Im in a movie and there’s non stop party music around me and Im dancing with people Ive never met .

The same WHERES THE PAARTAYY TONIGHT keeps playing Ive heard ot 14 times nwo

Submit complaint to SHO of local police station in writing and ensure that he register’s FIR. If that does not work, then file a case before magistrate’s court.

Make sure to attach evidence that they are playing loud music past 10 pm.

Is a recording sufficient or is sound measurikg data needed too?

Recording is sufficient. Make sure the recording has time stamp though. Sound measuring and all would only apply if it was being done during permissible hours.
