How to distribute ownership of my flat in my will? Little complicated case

Long story short – My father had a small home. My brother got married and then we were 5 family members. Then brother’s kid were in picture, so we decided to sell this home and move to bigger home.
So, we sold this home for 40Lacs and bought another home for around 70Lacs. This house is in my name. I took loan in my name, and I alone pay EMI of it.
Then my father and mother both passed away.
So right now, I am married and what if something happens to me, I don’t want to have any dispute between my wife and my brother in regards to this home.

Technically my brother shall also have some share in this home, but the house is in my name.
