Driving license is digitally impounded for drunk driving challan, status shows active in m-parivahan. Can I drive or not?

Hi, I got caught at a checkpoint in Gurgaon for drunk driving on 25 Feb, the challan was generated and it says DL is digitally impounded and is recommended for suspension.
I am confused if I can drive right now or not, the status in mParivahan app shows active and I haven’t received any SMS or communication regarding suspension.

The details have not been updated on Vcourts website also, I am waiting for the next steps. Some places it says that it might take 6 months to get the challan cleared, is it true? I am a little worried.

Looking for guidance from this community.

“I am confused if I can drive right now or not”: For the sake of humanity and for the value of other precious human life, don’t. Your might not be valuable, but others’ are, as I’m sure you won’t stop.
