I was picking up my aunt from the railway station when I crossed a narrow lane and started driving slowly due to traffic. Suddenly, a person opened her cab door directly into the ongoing traffic lane. It wasnβt a parking spot or a designated pick-up/drop-off area either. As a result, my carβs side panel sustained a major dent, and the cabβs driver-side door was badly scratched. She was lucky I braked in time, or the door could have been torn off its hinges. My speed was around 10-20 km/h. I have all her information with me. What can I do in this situation?
