DMy friend is a trader he showed me his portfolio and profits and asked me if I have any funds to trade for which he agreed to give 50% of the profit to me.
And I agreed to that.
After a year when I asked to exit everything and return my money he came up with some excuse saying the funds are locked somewhere and he will return all money in a month.
Its been a year now and he hasn’t returned anything.
I have everything on chat with payment proofs and all.
I’m willing to take some legal action against him but I don’t know how. If someone know how can I deal with it please let me know.
