March 11, 2025 at 2:06 amThere was a white paper regarding Class Action lawsuits in India, how to be introduced, etc, before the introduction of Companies Act, 2013. Even it was there in the preliminary draft bill. Later on it was removed. One can speculate that it is because of the corporate lobby. -
