Amazon pay later asking for repayment when it’s already done.

A friend of mine has a due payment for Amazon pay later.
The payment was made on 4th of the month and the deadline was 5th of every month.

He had always paid the dues timely and the amount is not even that much it’s 2-3k.
After the repayment the amazon pay later account did not get updated and after few days it’s still asking for repayment.

He have talked with customer service of both Amazon and their lending partner Axio.

Both told to wait but now after a week it is still not resolved and his cibil is getting affected.

He has all the documents supporting the payment was made on 4th.
Amazon mail about the payment being successful and the bank statement and amazon pay upi transaction history.

What can be done in this case.

File an Ombudsman Online, it gets resolved fastly
