SIn 2013, my grandmother passed away and thus the land in her name was supposed to pass on to my father for which he got aadesh. We have a copy of that. Now the lekhpal is saying is that inspite of that khatani doesn’t include my father’s name due to some updation issue. What is the future course that we can take in this matter.

If you have a legal heir certificate, apply for a succession certificate in civil court. Once you get that.
As you mentioned you have adesh, so I am assuming your father must have filed suit for declaration.
Use the order to get the mutation and registry done by paying requisite fees.
