Can RWA put the society gate in front of my house?

Hi,
A society gate without the permission of MCD was installed a few decades back which now after the reconstruction of my house falls right between my house which is also blocking my gate.

RWA is not ready to relocate it to any one end or remove it. What should I do about it?
