what can i do about noisy gym right next to me

So, when I was in around 10th grade, the tenants of the house right next to ours moved out and turned the place into a gym, they installed quite large speakers and play music everyday from 9am to 10pm, some days its tolerable some its literally deafening, I am a student it affects me everyday, I am also neurodivergent , I place calls to them every day begging to turn it down, but they continue to not listen and play loud music day after day, I am 20 now. The gym is still up and running, these people have to regard for everyone around if they’re doing construction my entire house will be shaking by drill sounds for days on top of the loud music from the drill. Is there any way I can get help for this?

This has no practical solution in India.

Learn some electronics and burn their electrical equipment using Electromagnetic radiation.

commercially invested person is likely to have better connection (babu/politics/police) than an ordinary resident. this will backfire 100%.

True. He can involve the media. They may not pay heavy bribes to municipal guys
