Education loan issue

Hello all I needed help regarding a conflict between me and the loan agent an NBFC
I had taken a loan disbursement for my tution fee and living expenses both are dispersed into an hsbc account

The problem is they are either closing the loan(in the agreement it says can’t close the loan before 6 months ) or let me utilise the money because of a conflict we had on top of that they have taken insurance money health and travel which I did not need from the dispersed amount itself

What can I do here he is also not complying to send me an email stating that he cannot/will not let me use the loan money

Ps: the loan money is dispersed in an account with restricted access to me
