Hey Everyone!
I practice in Bangalore. I have a matter for evidence before the District Consumer Forum here and I want to lead evidence through Video Conferencing. I have filed an application for the same but they’ve been very reluctant in allowing it, or even acknowledging it. Their reasons being “there’s no provision for VC in the CP Act” (there clearly is) or “There isn’t proper guidelines for the same”. I have tried bringing up all sorts of guidelines – I’ve been told that as long as I get the High Court BC guidelines, it should suffice. But my application keeps getting sidelined. They’re reluctant to even bring on record the Application for VC. Please help me find a way.
