Rto illegal towing and Parking contractor fraud

Cousin’s scooter was towed from Borivali Railway station’s pay and park. he has a receipt and police refuses to file fir.

Parking contractor refuses to pay saying that it is written that parking is on owner’s risk.

happened twice in last 3 months, last time the fine was ₹900 and now it’s ₹1730.

if anyone can provide any insight please let me know.

No option but to hire a lawyer and filing double complaint against police and contractor as well. Somebody has to do it,. Let’s see if your brother takes hassle to do it
