March 6, 2025 at 1:11 pmI’m posting this on behalf of my next door neighbors (woman lives with her child, mostly alone)
Their upstairs neighbors are extremely arrogant and cause nuisances. They play loud music and on asking then to decrease the volume they argue and fight. They are a bunch of bachelors. Not only this, there is constant smell of drugs and cigarettes and they might be involved in other anti social activities.
The woman is scared to complain to the police since she is mostly alone at her house. She has complained to the management but there hasn’t been any resolutions
What should she do? -

March 6, 2025 at 1:42 pmI think they are super confident that the police won’t do anything (possibly a strong family backing)Β
Even when she warned police complaint, they didn’t careΒ

March 7, 2025 at 10:24 amNot exactly a problem that can be solved by a simple complaint to the Police either.
Is there a co-op society for the flats?
