UGuys, help kardo thoda.
A relative F(58) of mine had someone taken over the possession of her flat through fraudulent means under the pretext to help sell it. The person has made fraud documents of the same and has been living there for quite sometime now.
My relative also has an old mother to take care of with no help otherwise. She is looking for lawyers who can help fight this probono for now as she has no funds. it’s barely even a hand to mouth situation for her.
would anyone point me to a Civil lawyer that works on a probono basis as of now that can help?
