I got SCN show cause notice, (i didnt bribe police and he sent adverse remarks stating birth certificate is mandatory)

I went to rpo, explained everything and gave 3 alternative documents as per passport seva website (1.pancard 2.Tc 3.ssc marksheet)

Rpo simply rejected everything saying he want me to show birth certificate (i didn’t get time to make birth certificate, i kept delaying)

Well to cut it short

=======. I got the notice (SCN) on 22nd feb and i have a flight on 24th march, is my passport still valid? I’m afraid if they’ll know at immigration and i might be stopped=====
