I came across a business opportunity wherein I have access to first copy branded watches like Rolex, Rado, Omega, Patek Phillipe and so on.

I wanted to market them on Instagram so I wanted to know if I would face any legal issues later.

On the caption, I’d mention brand names as Role_x, Ome_ga, and so to avoid that 1:1 branding issue however the images would still indicate a 1:1 issue.
