Illegal wifi use ( from india need legal advice )

I have personal home wifi connection that is password protected.

Recently police approached and said that it was used to access instagram of someone who is under investigation in Indian posco act.

My wifi password was compromised most probably through some relatives to whom I have granted access. ( This one is surprising i don’t know the guy directly or indirectly )

For now police has not taken any action against me. They have just said I might have to come to station for some process in near future and left.

What should I do next?
