CHello . I have rented a shop in fort , Mumbai. There is bmc parking in that area and they have been parking infront of my shop . When i ask them to stop parking infront of my gate they day that it’s been alloted by BMC and if i wanna use it i have to rent the car parking.
Can we not allow cars to park in the space outside my shop. They are saying that they will just make a small way so that customers can come in. I think bmc and local goons will also be involved in this. What can be done here please suggest. Also i have read somewhere , where there is no footpath you can’t park any car there.
Please help and guide me on what action can be taken. Will filling a complaint to the local police station will be of any benifit ? They might also be getting a share from that.
