UI received the heels i ordered without a box, just in a clear polythene bag. Upon inspection, I noticed black spots all over the heels, as well as dents and scratches on the front. Additionally, one of the diamonds is missing, and two others appear to have fallen off during delivery, as they were found loose inside the polythene bag. The tag is still attached to the heels. Despite explaining the whole situation and emailing them pictures and sending them on the app . My return has been refused twice now .they always say they have raised complaint request etc but nothing seems to work or is available on the app to check the status. Honestly I am so frustrated. What do I do? While searching about it I came across many posts about ajio return scams .
