UToday I received my parcel from india post and it is empty. I brought this from a seller here on reddit on 24th Feb. The next day (25th Feb) she dispatched my parcel and she said that the local post office asked her to change the pincode for some reason. She contacted me regarding this and I was unavailable at that moment, by the time I knew about it, they had already changed the pincode. She sent me a pic as well and even I didn’t care much about it because the remaining address on the parcel was correct.
Now after a day I started tracking my parcel but there was no information of it. It showed something like details not found. Thinking it’ll take time to update in the system, I decided to track it the next day, that is on 27th Feb , and it was still the same. Then after sometime on the same day I received a call saying the parcel has reached its destination please help me with your address. Then I had to explain all these. So he said he’ll send it back to my address. On 28th Feb, I again decided to track my parcel but still the same. Today, 1st March I received my parcel, but it was torn a little bit, so I decided to shake it and it felt empty , so just to be careful I took a video while opening the box. And just like I expected it’s empty. Please tell me what to do. I am still trying to track my order and there’s nothing on the website with my tracking number. I have contacted their customer service and they asked me to wait 48 hours and contact back on Monday. Will this be resolved ? Please help me with this, it’s so frustrating 😭 😭
