I’ve ground floor out of 3 (G+2) and my backyard neighbor want to use common partition wall (6 feet height) and want to pay the contribution but confused to whom to he should pay? Only to GF owner or all three owners (G+2)? Backyard partition wall is only accessible to GF owner.
