I’m writing on behalf of my friend . He received his yearly performance review for 2024 and its lowest
He has worked really hard whole year and has received many appreciation
He doesn’t work on weekends coz of health issue
In our offer contract it is clearly mentioned that working on weekends is optional
Our Management does not have any points on why they gave low rating except not working on weekends
Low rating means no further opertunity in the company and very low hike
Can this be considered as medical bias ? What are labour laws ?
