Grandfather and grandmother mother have a home and everybody was leaving in that home.
After grandfather and grandmother mother’s demise and all aunt getting married, and uncles getting job shifted to their respective cities.
Meanwhile my mother and me is still living in that house, father died long time back.
I would like to build my own house on this land, so that it will save me some money for plot purchasing and will have family home renovated.
How should i proceed with the legaly here? After grandmother(died 2018), i don’t think the land is owned by anyone. Also, heard the land does not have owner but society(or something, idk i was little when i heard this).
Family members (grandfather’s children): 2 sisters(both married and very well settled), 3 brothers( including my dead father) and their wives and kids.
