Long story short, I had to open a new salary account with AXIS bank , I went to the nearest branch last week and was given a kit and they tried to do the KYC which did not work something from their end was not functioning . They assured me that this account will be active in 1 day after KYC. I did the KYC on Monday after which account is still in processing . The person who did KYC and another guys visited me in hopes of making me take another kit but I had already submitted these details to my employer and the portal is now locked for me to update. I need this account in active state so they can process my salary and claims .
The branch is of no help and same with the customer support.
What are my options now ?
