How come using knife (original big knife which kills people too) for cutting a birthday day cake and post it in social media becomes a punishable offence? Could anybody explain?

ADVOCATE HERE. Whether any FIR is filled against you? If so, the best method would be to share the charges thereunder. Such act should, at best, be limited to Arms Act, in my opinion.
