Dos,Pressured them on twitter and kept asking for update, Filed on NCH, reported on 1930. Threatened them legal notice and case.

Try seeking help from customer support or sales team, they will only hear your issue and never revert back. Mail to Grievance team are slow, but effective I feel. T
Commenting on linkedin of founder or DMing them. There is like super rare chance that would help.
