My company is deducting admin charges (PF) and their portion of (PF) from my salary

Hey,

My company (not going to name it) has introduced PF system to our salaries. In this they are deducting 3600 from my salary. I though that i was supposed to pay 1800 and 1800 should be paid by the company. After this they said they will deduct 150 rupees admin charge aswell from my in hand salary which they said it has to be paid to the EPFO for managing and maintainance EPF scheme. Is this how this works?

Both the PF are always included in CTC, but hearing about extra 150 for the first time

Is that 150₹ professional tax?
