I need help regarding my schengen and american tourist visas. I have two pending cases against me one is 304a and another one is ndps commercial which I just got bail a couple of weeks before. So is it possible to get schengen tourist visa with pending cases if not is it possible after the case gets over.

It is very likely that your visa will get rejected due to the cases.
