Is it possible to file case against meta for the gore and violence it should to masses of India

As you might be aware today, like two years ago, instgrams algorithm suddenly started showing content like but not limited to gore, terrorism, self harm , people being set on fire, being trampled on by elephant, shoot to death, crushed to death, being operated on etc. along with both soft and hardcore adult content.

In Many of the teen subreddits you would find many underage children’s and even adults that have been seriously affected by this.

In situation where India’s got latent is such a big topic, even to the point where it has been banned for an inappropriate comment, what Instagram did today should be enough for a case right?
