Landlord changed the lockin period on rent agreement without informing us, can I cancel the rent agreement?

So I just made a rent agreement last week. And received a copy today. At that time after discussion lockin was changed to 11 months and 22 months of total agreement. But when I received copy it said lockin is of 6 months.

The rent agreement starts in march
March

So I have following questions
1. Can the owner kicked us out after 6 months ?
2. Can I cancel the rent agreement now as I did not want to move out after 6 months ?
3. Owner has already taken deposit from us, legally is there anything he can deducted from it?
