VI had an accident with a car near a toll bhoot due to fastag issues(my car hit his car while reversing) no injuries n lil bit damage in d front, car owner called me after 25 days asking me to pay for his damages n he doesn’t want to use his insurance, I don’t want to pay because I don’t know what damages he might have gone through, is thr way to avoid paying for damages and no legal charges being filed against me
Ps: I’m ready to pay remaining amount if he uses his insurance
