Doubt about first name and last name

Hey everyone,

My name is “U N Siddartha” As on my 10th marksheet now I am 18 and I need to fill out the form for PAN card. It’s asking me my Full name, first name, last name and middle name. I entered first name as Siddartha, middle name as Uday and last name as Naik( as U and N in my name stands for the same).But the form is giving me an error called “Last name must be present in Full name”. Now what should I do.
