I was working with an organization or a bank and signed an employment bond and resgined before the bond period, so paid back that amount or instead they recovered it from me and its mentioned in my bank statement as bond amount or recoverey for resgination and that amount deduction brings my income below 8 lacs, can I generate EWS certificate by deducting that amount as it isnt my income at all.
