What if after a land sale, the patta turns out to be fraudulently issued?

Been searching on some real estate since a past few days, and I have come across several pieces of land that are definitely farmlands that must have belonged to none. But these plots have been selling wildly, thanks to their ‘hill view/lake view/forest view’ or whatever.

My question is, if I end up buying land in these ’emerging hotspots’, and a few years later, someone from the revenue/land dept says ‘Your patta was fraudulently issues, now scoot’ , what would happen to my investment and housing?

First rule of investment- be doubly sure of exit routes. If theres none, its an expense not an investment.
