YI bought jeans from ‘wear your words’ a while ago, first they sent me a different jeans, which to get the return credit took me 15 mails threatening legal action and 3 weeks. Then again I had to buy a pair since they only give store credit, they sent me some obnoxious pair for what I had ordered.
Now not only did they reject my return request, they haven’t replied to any messages or mails. I’m planning to make a consumer complaint. Is there anything else I can do to retrieve my money? -

5. **Reach out to Bank**: If you used a credit/debit card, contact your bank for a chargeback.
