It would really help me if someone could guide me. For the last 6 months i have been playing a lot of stake. Before playing i googled “is stake legal ?” and the all the posts said it was. In the 6 months i played i lost a lot of money. But in the end i managed to make a lot of money back. During this time lakhs went through my bank account in deposits and withdrawals for which i am facing repercussions now. I had 3 bank accounts two of them got terminated and one is frozen. They are asking for source of funds but the only thing stake provides is a withdrawal sheet which most banks say is not enough.The second issue is i came clean to my family and they scolded me a lot but is now supportive.
But they are not letting me consult a CA and file IT. They are telling me when ITR files a notice we will pay but a lawyer friend of mine told me that i would end up in court if that happends. Kindly guide me through.
