February 21, 2025 at 12:57 pmI understand that the cost depends on the lawyerโs experience, but I need an idea of the average cost. Please help me with my queries:1. What is the average cost of hiring a lawyer to send a legal notice for debt recovery?
2. What is the average cost of filing a money
recovery suit?3. What is the average cost per hearing?
4. What is the estimated total expense for the entire case until its conclusion?
Also, if you know any good lawyers in Maharashtra, please suggest.

February 21, 2025 at 1:36 pmDepends entirely on the money involved. You’ll have to consult a lawyer. A good one will give you a breakdown of his fees. He’ll tell you to pay an advance, then pay him per hearing and every application he has to file. Any advocate who says I’ll only need so and so and I’ll take care of it, will ask for extra money in the end. Go to many lawyers. Hire the one that’s upfront about his fees.-

February 21, 2025 at 1:39 pmThere is no average cost. Us advocates cannot advertise. Some people say 50, others will say 80. The best way for you to get a good advocate, is someone who is up front about their fees. Ideally, go to a small law firm, or a solo practitioner. The latter will be cheaper, the former will be more professional and will be far more accountable because they have a lot more to lose.-

February 21, 2025 at 2:02 pmAdvocate here,I practice in Maharashtra. The average cost cannot be determined, as it varies based on the advocateโs experience, the value of the suit, and other factors.
