USo my neighbours are harassing us they want us to leave so ganged up against us . Therefore our landlord forcefully told us to leave so we will be leaving next month.. Is there any legal action we can take against them.. They do the following things – they absue my single mom and starts behaving weirdly and act under alcohol infuelence also sometimes try to hit us middle of argument..
2. They try to hit the stray dogs I use to feed ..also there are 4marks of skin cut in one of them.i suspect they did .
3.Made new rules for us to follow like nale m Pani mt feko y vo jbki Puri colony fekti h usme
4.Humare scooty or cycle ko gira dete h destroy Krna chahte h ..
4. Try to defame my mother’s reputation.
Please 🥺 kuch legal action ho skta h kya kyuki y 3 4 saal s we are tolerating..

PRecord whatever they say against your family (especially females of your family).
Then just a week or so before leaving the society, file fir (u/s 354) against all the men (individually) who misbehaved with your mom.
To make the revenge sweeter, do this on a Friday evening, they’d all be arrested on sat morning and would be able to secure bail only on Monday morning. If you contest the bail, they won’t get that either.

UI do have evidence of trying to hit the dogs . But not the abuse one’s cause I was so terrified that time

MSo all the neighbours are suddenly psychopaths who like to torture stray dogs? Something related to these dogs has happened that has riled everyone up. Find out and if need be apologise.

UIt’s not only about dogs it’s about us they literally have problem with everything we do dogs are just a small part of this story..

Make sure to record everything. You need to gather evidence for any authority to take action against the harassment of your family and the abuse of animals. Legal action ke liye aapke paas evidence hone zaruri hai, tabhi aapke neighbours ke against action ho payega.

SMaybe you should have considered this before feeding the stray dogs. Your love for strays can probably take life of some kids. tell the full story..

UIf moving is not a downgrade then pls leave… Go somewhere u can live in peace… There is nothing more precious than peace of mind. If the community is against you… There is nothing u can do that get u your peace back… U may get justice if u follow the law and it’s protocols.. But that takes courage, resources and time.
