Can anyone give me a legal suggestion?

So basically I’m enrolled in a degree (BSc IT) affiliated to Mumbai university. The college which I go is horrible the capacity of my course is 120 students but they took admission of students more than 140. Teachers are not well qualified to teach, no proper basic facilities. They almost take exams within 3 months but attending lectures is mandatory (they don’t teach anything). There is no proper break given. The lectures are continuous. What should I do? The principal is useless.
