Date of hearing keeps getting pushed back, What can be done now?

I am f22. My mother died of cancer in May 2023, leaving her assets to me. My estranged father reappeared, trying to claim her inheritance. He received ~₹20L from her investments where he was the nominee. I’m the nominee for her official funds (PF, Gratuity, etc) and pension, and her will (attested) names me as the successor of her assets. My father bribed my mother’s supervisor and he declined to authorize the release of funds.

I won the initial High Court case, but my father reappealed under the High Court’s division bench. The case was nearly closed in my favor, but the final verdict was postponed because both parties were asked to submit all the case related documents. Now my case keeps getting pushed back due to court scheduling. According to my lawyer, getting a hearing date is based on luck and there is nothing else to be done. 

I am ridiculously low on funds and had to take a gap year because I cannot afford my education. Also, my grandmother is sick and I am worried that I might not be able to afford her medicines soon. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Post on twitter tagging law minister, PM, CM of your state, Supreme Court etc

Basically, create some noise.

If you know someone in media, get this on news channels – or simply approach a news channel and a news paper.

But which movie did you see this happen? or which incident where court gave date for a case because media took it up. So OP can use same tactics.

I am giving some suggestions to OP. Rather than criticizing me, give some better suggestions that may help her. I am helping her as my ability. How is your line of reasoning helping OP?

You see the absurd low number comments on this post. Is because people familiar with the scene knows that it’s not possible through any means. The courts won’t fast track a civil case. All problems don’t have an answer does it

Thank you for your suggesstion. My case is currently on the monthly list and the Judge is busier with the daily lists. Is there any other way that I can bring my case on the daily list too? My lawyer had made a mention twice, yet my hearing date keeps getting postponed.

Thank you for your reply. My lawyer made a mention twice, yet the case keeps getting postponed either due to shortage of time or some other reason. Can you please tell me a little bit about the early hearing application?
