Hi need advice. I purchased oneplus tv in April 2024 and it has stopped working since January 2025. It is under 1 st year warranty but customer support is not providing any service and saying they are investigating the matter from past 1 month. Tv was purchased from Jiomart and in invoice we noticed serial number is different from serial number on box of TV.
What route should I take to get fair compensation on this.

You need to contact first store and make necessary changes in your tax invoice. Then claim warranty.
