February 16, 2025 at 7:27 amHi guys Hope you’re having a good day, my grandfather inherited a land from his father like all his brothers, each got some landMy question is he didn’t written any Nominee or will any such he passed away no one really bothered about that land but when my grand mother was in her last stage my aunt sold that land by taking my grand mother signature, is this land sale correct? My father didn’t even signed anything at that time he was aware of the sale he wasn’t interested in it so he didn’t bothered about it
I just want to know is this correct way of selling?
If in future some disputes happen can i file anything on that land .. just asking as of now i have no interest in that land too .. Just a opinion -
