I am in bad debt situation, I am trying to make the bank understand and provide restructure for payment. But the bank refused that.

Now they filed the notice on Gurugram.
I am currently in UAE and joined in new job recently and my visa is under process.

I have to submit reply for the notice on or before 6th March 2025.

I looking for a Lawyer from Gurugram to help in this. Please kindly advise and I don’t how to manage this.

type of loan? How much is the amount?
