Warranty from a seller who doesn’t exist anymore

I apologize if this isn’t the right subreddit. I searched for an apt one and this is the closest I could find. I was gifted a Littman Steth on 2021 which has it’s warranty closed on 2026. When I approached Littmann India, they said I need to register the product through the seller, cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., which does not exist anymore. While viewing the same product now, it is showing a different seller now, Clicktech Retail Pvt.,Ltd. What can I do / who can I approach to register warranty?

Tell them the seller has shut shop so what’s the next plan?

I did try this. It says  “You should contact the Dealer or Service Provider to Register this product”
