        Posting here because don’t know where else to post but I am at my wits end. If someone knows something or has faced something similiar, please help me out.

        In the Company I work for, salary transfers normally happen on the 7th of every month. However, on 7th Feb my account did not receive any transfers from the office. Thought there can be delays. So I waited.

        Didn’t happen even on the 8th (2nd Saturday so bank closed).
        Monday, I reached out to the HR over phone (remote work but the company is in Gurgaon). They told me that they had talked with the bank and ther had been some technical error on the bank’s end and the salary would be transferred by night. Nothing happened Monday night.

        All rest of my colleagues had received their salary on the 7th only. Somehow mine got left out (weird enough).

        Same thing Tuesday and since then every day. Every single day, HR and accounts of my company tells me that they are in touch with the bank and it will be transferred but nothing happens.

        The max latest info I got from HR is that, my salary has been deducted from company accounts and then after that they won’t know. But bank people are saying it’s a technical glitch and then the same one day timelines.

        I checked my salary account. It’s in working order. Transfers are working. I can receive and send funds to and from other accounts. Which means it’s not a problem with my account.

        I don’t know at this point what to do about this.

        Don’t trust the company people. They aren’t sharing any transaction reference with me. Just vaguely saying the same thing over and over that the is a glitch at the bank’s end and that will be resolved by the next day.

        Have any of you faced this? Whom should I approach and talk to? How do I go about resolving this?

        Should I talk to the Bank directly?

        All suggestions and experiences are welcome.
