February 15, 2025 at 7:20 amNotice within 30 days of cheque bounce by giving him 15 days to pay. If he doesn’t pay within those 15 days, you have to file a complaint within 30 days after the 16th day from your notice date. Timelines are strict. So better do all of the above within the stipulated times.-
