Has anyone self represented himself as a lawyer in police station / court as per article 39 A ? How do you state this to police in police station specially? Thanks

Under 39A?

If you want to appear as party-in-person, you can do so according to Advocates act and article 21 and 19(1)(a).

But you cannot say that, you are an advocate.
