The PG Portal is a “Paralysed Grievance Portal” of India – officers sitting here cannot take action against the employees/officers mentioned in the grievance. Their role is limited to forwarding complaints to the concerned department, which is why the resolutions provided by the portal are highly ineffective.
As far as RBI, SEBI, TRAI, and NHRC are concerned, many regulators in India are “Toothless Tigers” – they can just watch and think but cannot protect the rights of citizens.
